Summer Handicap Tournament 2010
The new season is coming round again. Members will soon be receiving the latest copy of the GXSC newsletter including a membership renewal form. Please note that current memberships will cease on Sunday 3rd October. The lock to the Squash Club will be changed and members will be unable to book courts without renewing their membership.
We hope that you have enjoyed playing at the club this year and will return again for the new season.
Why not end the year with a bang? The Summer Handicap Tournament will run from Wednesday 29th September to Sunday 3rd October.

Membership renewal
Club membership is due for renewal on Sunday 3rd October. Collect a membership form from the club website using the link below and bring it along to the finals night of the Summer Handicap Tournament.
Alternatively, if you are renewing by post then don't forget to include a stamped SAE with your application form, cheque and old key.

Use the correct footwear on court
The Committee spend thousands of pounds to maintain the courts in good playing condition. Using inappropriate footwear can damage floor and make it dangerous for others to play on. Please ensure that you are wearing footwear that:
- has non-marking soles
- has never been worn outdoors - not even to cross the car park
Help us to keep the courts safe and in good condition.

Open Day
Saturday 9th October 2010
Gerrards Cross Squash Club will be hosting an Open Day on Saturday 9th October. The aim is to further promote the game of Squash Rackets in the GX area and all will be welcome, both existing members and newcomers.
Our successful 1st team will be on hand to demonstrate their skills on the court. Other activities include:
- Demonstration matches
- Challenge a team member
- Coaching clinic
